Consumer writing
Productopia creates and licenses buyer's guides for such entities as Netscape Netcenter. Each "editorial set" comprises an overview, nine product reviews, summaries of comparative models, a buyer's guide, about 75 links, and other small pieces that come to about 6,500 words each. (Note: Productopia went under, so the texts aren't available online anymore. I can send unedited copies by request.)

Press releases and collateral
A linked list of the 100+ reviews I edited for MacWEEK between May 1996 and June 1997.
Computer-related writings
For MacWEEK magazine
Published by Ziff-Davis Publishing, MacWEEK was for eight years the only major periodical about the Macintosh market to appear weekly. It was distributed to a controlled circulation list of about 100,000 people worldwide. I've written several reviews for it, and was a Reviews Editor there May 1996-June 1997.
For the San Jose Metro
- A review of Jim Carlton's book, Apple: The Inside Story of Intrigue, Egomania, and Business Blunders.
For MicroTimes
For ZiffNet/Mac
ZiffNet/Mac (now ZD Net/Mac) is the online arm of Ziff-Davis Publishing, responsible for repurposing content from the company's Mac-related magazines for online distribution. At the time that I was an editor there (1994-1995), I wrote over 600 shareware reviews that appeared on CompuServe, the World Wide Web and (god help us) Apple's defunct service, eWorld. They appear here as they appeared on eWorld; some still appear in ZD Net/Mac's Web-based Software Central and CompuServe service.
